It is only through anger and shouting that we can claim our rights. We were disposable for many years. I lost my only brother. He lived in P Street in Washington DC. I am proud because he marched holding hands with my aunt Angela who is now 89. She was not young then. I lost my brother Eddie. He worked in a beauty parlor right in front of P Street Station gay bar. He was fierce and showed me tenderly that I had to be fierce too.
